Booking form for 10 hours of blended ICF Coach Mentoring.

Please use the form below to secure your place on an upcoming ICF Blended Group mentoring workshop. A deposit of €100 will be required to secure your booking. This can be refunded if you cancel within 30 days of the first workshop. The remaining balance will be broken into three equal instalments. The first instalment will be due before the first workshop date, the second instalment before the third workshop, and the final instalment before the first of the individual mentoring sessions. Included in the price: three group workshops and three individual mentor sessions (1 hour each), which will more than satisfy the ICF mentor coach requirements for renewal or first time applicants.
