Professional Coach Development
Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential
Supporting your development as you grow to be an even more impactful and professional coach
Individual or Blended Mentoring options available
Fully covers the 10 hours required by the ICF
Fully virtual and delivered online via Zoom
Those seeking to obtain, or in some cases renew, a coaching credential from the International Coaching Federation must complete coaching mentoring. If you are a first-time credential applicant and have not taken an ACTP, Level 1 or Level 2 ICF accredited coach training programme, you must complete 10 hours of coach mentoring before applying for your ACC or PCC. For those renewing their existing ACC credentials, they must also complete 10 hours of training before the renewal takes place.
An effective coach mentoring program involves coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative, and dialogical manner, using observed or recorded coaching sessions to increase the coach’s coaching competency and align with ICF core competencies or PCC markers. This is extremely valuable for coaches of any experience level who are looking for evidence-based feedback on their coaching as a way to sharpen their skills. The ICF requires that coach mentoring takes place over a minimum period of 3 months and up to seven hours can be completed as a group.

Blended Coach Mentoring
This blended offering will more than satisfy all of the ICF credentialing requirements for those wishing to apply for or renew their ACC credential. The programme starts with the three group workshops, over the course of three months, that will deepen your knowledge of the ICF Core Competencies.
During these workshops, each participant will also get a chance to coach another peer and receive feedback on their use of the core competencies. Upon completion of the group workshops, participants then schedule three individual sessions. During these individual sessions, they receive specific feedback based on recordings of real sessions, to help them deepen their practice and competency.
Each participant will also receive access to a range of self-paced learning activities via our integrated learning platform. These materials will further support the workshops and individual sessions and deepen the learning for participants.
All of the participants also have the option of participating in optional peer coaching or triads as a way to practice and apply what they are learning. To ensure an optimal group learning environment, these blended offerings are limited to a maximum of six participants.
NOTE: We periodically run specific blended offerings for those interested in going for their PCC. If you are interested in a PCC level workshop, please use the contact form or schedule a chemistry call so that we may discuss further.

Individual Offerings
Individual mentoring enables a greater depth of learning as it is customised to your specific developmental needs. By working with recordings of you coaching your clients, you will gain greater insights and specific feedback around your mastery of the coaching competencies or PCC markers.
Complete 10 hour individual package
If you wish to complete the full ten hours of coach mentoring on a one to one basis, we offer a package of 10 hours of coach mentoring for the discounted price of €1,300. This represents a €200 saving compared to using the pay-as-you-go option. This may also be a preferred option for more experienced coaches who are looking to apply for their PCC credential.
When you book the package, you’ll be asked to pay a 20% deposit and then remaining balance will be invoiced in three instalments.
By default, we start with 10 individual one hour sessions. However, as we progress, you may opt to work with less recordings so that we can go deeper into each recording, thereby having longer sessions. This is the benefit of working individually as we can customise these sessions to meet your exact needs. Depending on your needs, we will work with the ICF Core Competencies or the ICF PCC markers.
Once you have purchased the complete package, you may then book each session at a mutually agreeable date and time. You do not need to book all of the sessions in one go.
Pay-as-you-go Coach Mentoring offerings
Have you already completed a number of hours of coach mentoring with another Coach Mentor or as part of an Accredited Course and need additional hours to meet the credentialing requirements with the ICF?
Or perhaps you’re an experienced coach who wants to keep your skills sharp and check for blind spots by getting evidenced based feedback on your coaching?
With our Pay-as-you-go offering, you can book one hour coach mentoring sessions as and when required. You will then need to send your 30-45 minute recording at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time so that we have time to review it.
During the session, you will review together with your mentor coach, which competencies or PCC markers were strongly demonstrated, discuss areas for potential future growth, and identify potential missed opportunities.
